Victron Energy and Solaris Offgrid team up on offering "Pay-As-You-Go" solutions beyond the Kilowatt
Victron Energy, renowned manufacturer of components for solar energy systems (kilowatt scale) and Solaris Offgrid, a leading designer of PAYG solutions for last mile operators, are thrilled to announce their collaboration in offering “Pay-As-You-Go” Victron Energy products, to support operators in building a more accessible range of high capacity energy services, up to 15kVA, through the Solaris PAYG Platform.
“We are convinced this combination of efforts with Victron Energy answers a cash barrier sore point in clean technology adoption we have witnessed for too long. With this association of expertise, we can now unleash a whole new dimension of impact through PAYG technologies: facilitating a greater access to productive use of energy for farmers, large power capacity for households or even enhanced health care conditions at remote dispensaries for instance” says Thibault Lesueur, Co-Founder of Solaris Offgrid.
From today onward, operators all across developing countries are offered the ability to use a broad range of pure sinus inverter and MPPT charge controller from Victron Energy that are compatible with the Solaris PAYG platform. Together with Venus GX (or Color Control) and a 2G/3G router, operators are now able to install and remotely manage installations up to 15kVA capacity (see illustrative schema below).
